🥤 Fresh Green Herb Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1.5 bunch herbs (30 g; mint, basil, lemon balm)
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 1 large pear (250 g)
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 g pistachio kernels (2 tbsp)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 400 g plain yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pluck off a few nice leaves and set them aside for decoration.
- 4. Roughly chop the remaining herbs.
- 5. Wash the spinach.
- 6. Shake the spinach dry.
- 7. Remove the stem end of the pear.
- 8. Wash the pear.
- 9. Cut the pear in half.
- 10. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 11. Cut the pear into small cubes.
- 12. Peel the banana.
- 13. Cut the banana into small pieces.
- 14. Take two-thirds of the spinach.
- 15. Take two-thirds of the chopped herbs.
- 16. Put the spinach and herbs into the blender.
- 17. Add one tablespoon of pistachio kernels to the blender.
- 18. Add lemon juice to the blender.
- 19. Add half of the cut pear to the blender.
- 20. Add three tablespoons of water to the blender.
- 21. Blend the mixture finely in the blender.
- 22. Distribute the green mixture among four glasses.
- 23. Put the remaining pear into the blender.
- 24. Put the remaining spinach into the blender.
- 25. Put the remaining herbs into the blender.
- 26. Put the remaining pistachio kernels into the blender.
- 27. Puree the ingredients in the blender.
- 28. Stir 150 grams of plain yogurt into the puree mixture.
- 29. Pour the yogurt-puree mixture over the herb mixture in the glasses.
- 30. Take the remaining yogurt.
- 31. Thin the yogurt with one to two tablespoons of water.
- 32. Pour the thinned yogurt as the final layer into the glasses.
- 33. Decorate the smoothies with the reserved herbs.
