🍽️ Fresh green bean salad with spicy cheese and grapes

Ingredients
- 700 g green beans
- salt
- 150 g green grapes (seedless)
- 150 g red grapes (seedless)
- 200 g blue cheese (in a block)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- 150 g spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Wash the green beans thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the hard ends and strings from the beans.
- 3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 4. Add the beans to the boiling water.
- 5. Cook the beans for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Drain the beans.
- 7. Rinse the beans immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 8. Let the beans drain well.
- 9. Wash the grapes.
- 10. Dry the grapes carefully.
- 11. Cut the grapes in half.
- 12. Remove the rind from the cheese.
- 13. Crumble the cheese into coarse pieces.
- 14. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil.
- 15. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper.
- 16. Wash the spring onions.
- 17. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 18. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 19. Combine the beans, grapes, and spring onions in a bowl.
- 20. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture.
- 21. Toss everything well until everything is evenly coated.
- 22. Portion the salad onto plates.
- 23. Sprinkle the crumbled cheese pieces over the salad.
- 24. Serve the salad immediately.
