🍽️ Fresh Green Pineapple Tea

Ingredients
- 40 g dried pineapple (1 slice)
- 1 heaped tsp green tea
- 80 g pineapple (1 slice)

Instructions
- 1. Pulse the dried pineapple pieces in a blender or food processor until finely chopped.
- 2. Place the chopped dried pineapple and the green tea leaves into a small saucepan.
- 3. Pour 250 milliliters of hot water over the mixture.
- 4. Cover the pot and let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, cut the fresh pineapple slice in half.
- 6. Dice one of the fresh pineapple halves into very small pieces.
- 7. Place the finely diced fresh pineapple into a mug.
- 8. Strain the hot tea through a sieve directly into the mug over the fresh pineapple.
- 9. Sweeten the tea to taste with sweetener.
- 10. Stir the tea well until the sweetener has dissolved.
- 11. Garnish the finished tea with the remaining half of the fresh pineapple.
