  1. 1. Pulse the dried pineapple pieces in a blender or food processor until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Place the chopped dried pineapple and the green tea leaves into a small saucepan.
  3. 3. Pour 250 milliliters of hot water over the mixture.
  4. 4. Cover the pot and let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, cut the fresh pineapple slice in half.
  6. 6. Dice one of the fresh pineapple halves into very small pieces.
  7. 7. Place the finely diced fresh pineapple into a mug.
  8. 8. Strain the hot tea through a sieve directly into the mug over the fresh pineapple.
  9. 9. Sweeten the tea to taste with sweetener.
  10. 10. Stir the tea well until the sweetener has dissolved.
  11. 11. Garnish the finished tea with the remaining half of the fresh pineapple.
