🍽️ Green Sauce with Boiled Egg

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 –2 tsp mustard
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g firm sour cream
- 1 pack FRoSTA 8 – herbs (115 g)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs until hard.
- 2. Cut the boiled eggs in half.
- 3. Press the yolks through a fine sieve into a small bowl.
- 4. Season the pressed yolk with salt and pepper.
- 5. Stir mustard into the yolk.
- 6. Add the oil and stir it in.
- 7. Stir the sour cream into the sauce.
- 8. Fold the crème fraîche into the sauce.
- 9. Cut the egg whites into small cubes.
- 10. Mix the egg white cubes and herbs into the sauce.
