🍝 Creamy Pasta with Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g green tagliatelle
- salt
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml milk
- 80 g freshly grated Parmesan
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic briefly.
- 5. Dust the pan with flour and stir it in.
- 6. Pour in the milk and cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 7. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Gorgonzola and half of the Parmesan.
- 9. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 10. Drain the pasta and toss it in the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed.
- 11. Divide the pasta among plates and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
