  1. 1. Rinse the cod under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the fillet completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Drizzle the fish with some oil and a splash of lemon juice.
  4. 4. Season the fillet generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  5. 5. Let the marinade sit for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the ribbon noodles in a large pot of salted water until al dente (still slightly firm to the bite).
  7. 7. Drain the noodles.
  8. 8. Toss the noodles immediately with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and some pepper.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut a small cross into the skin at the top of each tomato.
  11. 11. Cut four large squares of aluminum foil.
  12. 12. Divide the noodles evenly among the four foil pieces.
  13. 13. Place the tomatoes evenly on the noodles.
  14. 14. Place a piece of fish on top of the noodles.
  15. 15. Add some broth to each packet.
  16. 16. Seal the foil tightly into a packet.
  17. 17. Place the packets on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
  18. 18. Carefully open the packets.
  19. 19. Sprinkle with more paprika and pepper.
  20. 20. Serve immediately by transferring the noodles directly from the foil onto the plates.
