🍝 Green Ribbon Noodles with Fish and Tomato Grill Packets

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 16 Cherry tomatoes
- 400 g Cod fillet (approx. 100 g per fillet)
- Lemons
- Olive oil
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Paprika powder
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cod under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fillet completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Drizzle the fish with some oil and a splash of lemon juice.
- 4. Season the fillet generously with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 5. Let the marinade sit for 15 minutes.
- 6. Cook the ribbon noodles in a large pot of salted water until al dente (still slightly firm to the bite).
- 7. Drain the noodles.
- 8. Toss the noodles immediately with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and some pepper.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut a small cross into the skin at the top of each tomato.
- 11. Cut four large squares of aluminum foil.
- 12. Divide the noodles evenly among the four foil pieces.
- 13. Place the tomatoes evenly on the noodles.
- 14. Place a piece of fish on top of the noodles.
- 15. Add some broth to each packet.
- 16. Seal the foil tightly into a packet.
- 17. Place the packets on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 18. Carefully open the packets.
- 19. Sprinkle with more paprika and pepper.
- 20. Serve immediately by transferring the noodles directly from the foil onto the plates.
