Ingredients
- 20 g cilantro leaves
- 20 g fresh parsley
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80 ml olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Pick the coriander leaves and parsley leaves off the stems.
- 2. Wash the herbs under running water.
- 3. Shake the herbs dry or pat them with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
- 5. Put the drained herbs, the shallot, the garlic, and the olive oil into a blender.
- 6. Puree the ingredients into a fine, smooth sauce.
- 7. Add the lemon juice.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt to taste.
- 9. Serve the sauce with white bread as desired.
