🍽️ Crispy green beans with fried pancetta

Ingredients
- 800 g green beans
- salt
- 1 tsp dried bean herb
- 150 g pancetta (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the green beans.
- 2. Remove the tough stem ends from the beans.
- 3. Cook the beans in salted water together with the thyme for about 8 minutes.
- 4. Ensure the beans are cooked through but still have a bite.
- 5. Cut the pancetta into thin strips.
- 6. Fry the pancetta strips in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Add the drained beans to the pan and toss them briefly with the pancetta.
- 8. Season the mixture finally with salt and pepper.
- 9. Serve the dish immediately.
