  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe melon and cut off the rind.
  6. 6. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the mango and slice the flesh thinly off the pit.
  8. 8. Then dice the mango slices into small pieces.
  9. 9. Mix the fruit with the chicken meat, the mint, the sour cream, and the mayonnaise.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
  11. 11. Fill the shell pasta with the mixture.
