🍽️ Large Shell Pasta with Melon and Mango Filling

Ingredients
- 8 large shell pasta
- 300 g fried chicken breast fillet
- 1 clove cantaloupe melon
- 0.5 mango
- 1 tsp chopped mint
- 200 g sour cream
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the shell pasta in it until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the pasta and immediately rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the cantaloupe melon and cut off the rind.
- 6. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Peel the mango and slice the flesh thinly off the pit.
- 8. Then dice the mango slices into small pieces.
- 9. Mix the fruit with the chicken meat, the mint, the sour cream, and the mayonnaise.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
- 11. Fill the shell pasta with the mixture.
- 12. Arrange the filled pasta on a plate.
- 13. Serve the dish.
