🍽️ Large shell pasta filled with leaf spinach

Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g fresh spinach leaves
- 30 g butter
- 200 g ricotta
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- nutmeg
- 400 g shell pasta
- butter (for the dish)
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven's grill function and preheat it.
- 2. Peel the shallot and garlic and cut them into fine cubes.
- 3. Wash the spinach, remove any tough stems, and spin it dry.
- 4. Melt the butter in a pot.
- 5. Sauté the shallots and garlic in it until translucent.
- 6. Add the spinach and sauté it briefly.
- 7. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down slightly.
- 8. Finely chop the spinach mixture.
- 9. Mix the chopped spinach mixture with the ricotta.
- 10. Season the filling with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- 11. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- 12. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water.
- 13. Place the pasta in a buttered baking dish.
- 14. Fill the shell pasta with the spinach-ricotta mixture.
- 15. Place the dish under the preheated grill for about 5 minutes.
- 16. Remove the pasta and serve immediately.
