🍽️ Ham and Arugula Grissini with Gorgonzola Dip

Ingredients
- 50 g arugula
- 12 thin slice Parma ham
- 12 Grissini
- 80 g soft Gorgonzola
- 150 g crème fraîche (min. 30% fat content)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the arugula dry.
- 3. Place a grissini stick on a slice of ham.
- 4. Place a few arugula leaves on the ham.
- 5. Wrap the ham tightly around the grissini and arugula.
- 6. Keep the finished rolls cool until you serve them.
- 7. Mash the soft Gorgonzola cheese in a bowl.
- 8. Stir the crème fraîche into the cheese.
- 9. Wash the parsley.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley.
- 11. Stir the chopped parsley into the cheese cream.
- 12. Season the dip cream with salt and pepper.
- 13. Spoon the dip cream into small bowls.
- 14. Fill the grissini sticks into tall glasses.
- 15. Serve the ham and arugula rolls with the dip.
