🍽️ Grissini Skewers with Goat Cheese and Olive Balls

Ingredients
- 500 g goat cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 20 black olives (pitted)
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pack grissini
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and cut them in half.
- 2. Cut the onion halves into very small cubes.
- 3. Heat some butter in a pan.
- 4. Cook the onion cubes in the butter until they are soft and translucent.
- 5. Chop the olives very finely.
- 6. Mix the goat cheese with the lemon juice.
- 7. Add the sautéed onions and chopped olives to the cheese mixture.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Divide the cheese mixture into 20 equal portions.
- 10. Shape each portion into a small ball.
- 11. Thread one cheese ball onto each grissini skewer.
- 12. Arrange the finished skewers on a plate.
- 13. Serve the skewers immediately.
