🥗 Grilled sausages with fresh tomato and corn salad

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- salt
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 frying sausages
- 700 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Spin the arugula dry.
- 3. Pick through the arugula and remove any damaged leaves.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core of the tomatoes.
- 7. Roughly chop the cored tomatoes.
- 8. Peel the onion.
- 9. Dice the onion finely.
- 10. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper together to make a marinade.
- 11. Set aside two-thirds of the marinade.
- 12. Mix the remaining marinade with the tomatoes, onion, and basil.
- 13. Let the tomato mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
- 14. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 15. Cook the corn cobs in the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Drain the corn cobs well.
- 17. Brush the corn cobs with butter.
- 18. Roast the corn cobs on the grill until golden brown.
- 19. Season the grilled corn cobs with salt.
- 20. Roast the sausages on the grill until golden brown.
- 21. Toss the arugula with the reserved remaining marinade.
- 22. Plate the salad with the tomato and corn mixture.
- 23. Place the corn cobs on the plate.
- 24. Add the grilled sausages.
