  3. 3. Pick through the arugula and remove any damaged leaves.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core of the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the cored tomatoes.
  8. 8. Peel the onion.
  9. 9. Dice the onion finely.
  10. 10. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper together to make a marinade.
  11. 11. Set aside two-thirds of the marinade.
  12. 12. Mix the remaining marinade with the tomatoes, onion, and basil.
  13. 13. Let the tomato mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Bring salted water to a boil.
  15. 15. Cook the corn cobs in the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Drain the corn cobs well.
  17. 17. Brush the corn cobs with butter.
  18. 18. Roast the corn cobs on the grill until golden brown.
  19. 19. Season the grilled corn cobs with salt.
  20. 20. Roast the sausages on the grill until golden brown.
  21. 21. Toss the arugula with the reserved remaining marinade.
  22. 22. Plate the salad with the tomato and corn mixture.
  23. 23. Place the corn cobs on the plate.
  24. 24. Add the grilled sausages.
