  2. 2. Cut off the top ends of the tomatoes and set them aside as lids.
  3. 3. Carefully hollow out the flesh of the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Drain the mozzarella.
  5. 5. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the mozzarella cubes with the goat cream cheese.
  7. 7. Wash the rosemary.
  8. 8. Shake the rosemary dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the needles off the rosemary.
  10. 10. Set aside a small amount of rosemary needles for decoration.
  11. 11. Mix the remaining rosemary with the cheese mixture.
  12. 12. Add the Parmesan to the cheese mixture.
  13. 13. Season the filling with salt.
  14. 14. Season the filling with pepper.
  15. 15. Season the filling with chili flakes.
  16. 16. Fill the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
  17. 17. Place the stuffed tomatoes on the grill.
  18. 18. Place the tomato lids next to the tomatoes on the grill.
  19. 19. Close the grill lid.
  20. 20. Grill the tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
  21. 21. Check if the tomatoes are slightly soft.
  22. 22. Check if the cheese is melted.
  23. 23. Remove the tomatoes from the grill.
  24. 24. Place the lids on the tomatoes.
  25. 25. Drizzle the tomatoes with a little oil.
