🍽️ Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1200 g tomatoes (8 large tomatoes at 150 g)
- 125 g mozzarella
- 125 g fresh goat cheese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 40 g freshly grated parmesan
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp organic lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the top ends of the tomatoes and set them aside as lids.
- 3. Carefully hollow out the flesh of the tomatoes.
- 4. Drain the mozzarella.
- 5. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 6. Mix the mozzarella cubes with the goat cream cheese.
- 7. Wash the rosemary.
- 8. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 9. Pluck the needles off the rosemary.
- 10. Set aside a small amount of rosemary needles for decoration.
- 11. Mix the remaining rosemary with the cheese mixture.
- 12. Add the Parmesan to the cheese mixture.
- 13. Season the filling with salt.
- 14. Season the filling with pepper.
- 15. Season the filling with chili flakes.
- 16. Fill the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out tomatoes.
- 17. Place the stuffed tomatoes on the grill.
- 18. Place the tomato lids next to the tomatoes on the grill.
- 19. Close the grill lid.
- 20. Grill the tomatoes for about 10 minutes.
- 21. Check if the tomatoes are slightly soft.
- 22. Check if the cheese is melted.
- 23. Remove the tomatoes from the grill.
- 24. Place the lids on the tomatoes.
- 25. Drizzle the tomatoes with a little oil.
- 26. Serve the tomatoes.
