🍽️ Mixed Grill Platter with Sausages and Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients
- 12 small bratwursts
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper (yellow)
- 2 bell peppers (red)
- 0.5 bunch basil
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- chili peppers (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half and remove the inside including the seeds.
- 3. Cut the deseeded pepper halves into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the onions completely.
- 5. Divide the peeled onions into four equal quarters.
- 6. Drizzle the prepared vegetables with some oil.
- 7. Place the seasoned vegetables together with the sausages on the grill.
- 8. Grill everything for about 7 to 10 minutes.
- 9. Turn the vegetables and sausages several times during the grilling process so they cook evenly.
- 10. Wash the basil under running water.
- 11. Shake the wet basil dry.
- 12. Carefully pluck the small basil leaves from the stems.
- 13. Put all the ingredients for the sauce into a separate bowl.
- 14. Mix the sauce ingredients well together.
- 15. Season the sauce to taste.
- 16. Mix the grilled vegetables with the sausages.
- 17. Place the mixture on a large serving plate.
- 18. Sprinkle some fresh thyme over the finished dish.
- 19. Serve the grill platter together with the prepared sauce.
