Ingredients
- 2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
- 1 mango
- 0.5 lemon (of which the juice)
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp chopped arugula leaves
- Tabasco
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the mango flesh and the ginger into a blender and puree them into a smooth mixture. Add the lemon juice and the oil and stir everything well.
- 2. Fold in the finely chopped arugula leaves. Season the sauce to taste with Tabasco, salt, and black pepper.
