  2. 2. Dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Brush the cut surfaces of the potato halves with oil.
  5. 5. Pour the sesame seeds onto a flat plate.
  6. 6. Press the oiled cut sides of the potatoes firmly into the sesame seeds.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Place one or two slices of garlic between two potato halves.
  10. 10. Wrap the stuffed potatoes tightly in aluminum foil.
  11. 11. Place the foil packets directly onto the hot embers.
  12. 12. Grill the potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes.
