🍽️ Crispy Grilled Potatoes with Sesame and Garlic

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes (8 potatoes)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp sesame
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
- 4. Brush the cut surfaces of the potato halves with oil.
- 5. Pour the sesame seeds onto a flat plate.
- 6. Press the oiled cut sides of the potatoes firmly into the sesame seeds.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 9. Place one or two slices of garlic between two potato halves.
- 10. Wrap the stuffed potatoes tightly in aluminum foil.
- 11. Place the foil packets directly onto the hot embers.
- 12. Grill the potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 13. Serve the grilled potatoes with your favorite dip.
