  5. 5. Pour the remaining flour onto a clean work surface.
  6. 6. Press a small well into the center of the flour mound.
  7. 7. Place the prepared pre-dough into this well.
  8. 8. Add a pinch of salt and the remaining water.
  9. 9. Knead everything thoroughly until you have a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Place the dough into a bowl.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for at least one hour.
  12. 12. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  13. 13. Knead the risen dough vigorously on a floured surface.
  14. 14. Divide the dough into small portions.
  15. 15. Flatten the portions with your palm into thin, long strands.
  16. 16. Wrap the dough strands spirally around wooden skewers.
