  2. 2. Add 3 teaspoons of coconut blossom sugar.
  3. 3. Add a pinch of salt to the milk.
  4. 4. Place the butter in the pot.
  5. 5. Heat the mixture over low heat.
  6. 6. Wait until the milk begins to simmer.
  7. 7. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  8. 8. Scrape out the seeds using the back of a knife.
  9. 9. Add the empty vanilla pods to the milk.
  10. 10. Add the vanilla seeds to the milk.
  11. 11. Keep a whisk ready.
  12. 12. Wait just before the milk comes to a boil.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the semolina slowly into the milk.
  14. 14. Stir continuously with the whisk.
  15. 15. Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
  16. 16. Let the pudding cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  17. 17. Stir constantly while it cooks.
  18. 18. Stop when the mixture becomes thick.
  19. 19. Remove the pot from the heat.
  20. 20. Pour the pudding into four prepared bowls.
  21. 21. Let the pudding cool down slightly.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the remaining coconut blossom sugar over the pudding.
  23. 23. Sprinkle cinnamon over the pudding.
  24. 24. Serve the pudding.
