🍽️ Semolina Pudding with Mandarin

Ingredients
- 20 g semolina (2 tbsp)
- 100 g mandarin (1 mandarin)
- 10 g rapeseed oil (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Heat 80 milliliters of water in a small pot until it boils.
- 2. Stir the semolina into the boiling water using a whisk.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a brief boil once while stirring continuously.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the porridge swell for 5 minutes.
- 5. Peel the mandarin and cut it in half across the middle.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the mandarin halves.
- 7. Dice the mandarin pieces roughly.
- 8. Place the mandarins into a small bowl.
- 9. Puree the mandarins briefly with a hand blender.
- 10. Stir the mandarin puree into the cooled semolina pudding.
- 11. Check the temperature of the porridge before serving.
