🍰 Crispy Plum Semolina Pudding

Ingredients
- 500 g plums
- 110 g semolina
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 l milk
- butter
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the plums thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the plums in half.
- 3. Remove the pits from the plum halves.
- 4. Pour the milk and salt into a pot.
- 5. Bring the milk mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 6. Stir the semolina into the boiling milk using a whisk.
- 7. Let the mixture come back to a boil briefly.
- 8. Turn the stove heat down to the lowest setting.
- 9. Stir the porridge constantly for five minutes until it thickens.
- 10. Mix the sugar and cinnamon into the finished porridge.
- 11. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
- 12. Place a layer of semolina porridge into the prepared dish.
- 13. Arrange the plum halves on top of the porridge.
- 14. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
- 16. Place the baking dish into the hot oven.
- 17. Bake the pudding for 20 minutes.
- 18. Remove the pudding from the oven when it is golden brown.
