  2. 2. Wash the lettuce in cold water.
  3. 3. Dry the lettuce thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the lettuce into very fine strips.
  5. 5. Peel the onion.
  6. 6. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  7. 7. Wash the cucumber.
  8. 8. Wash the bell peppers.
  9. 9. Remove the hard stem from the cucumber.
  10. 10. Cut the cucumber into quarters.
  11. 11. Slice the cucumber pieces into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
  13. 13. Remove the inside and seeds of the bell peppers.
  14. 14. Rinse the deseeded pepper pieces.
  15. 15. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  16. 16. Slice the chili peppers into rings.
  17. 17. Drain the tuna.
  18. 18. Break the tuna into small pieces using a fork.
  19. 19. Mix the onion rings with the salad.
  20. 20. Add the cucumber slices.
  21. 21. Add the bell pepper strips.
  22. 22. Add the chili pepper rings.
  23. 23. Add the broken-up tuna.
  24. 24. Wash the parsley.

  29. 29. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
  30. 30. Whisk two tablespoons of lemon juice with salt and pepper.
