🥗 Fresh Greek Salad with Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 50 g spinach
- 2 red onions (sliced into rings)
- 200 g tomatoes (quartered)
- 0.25 white cabbage (finely shredded)
- 250 g mild feta cheese (halved)
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- thyme sprig
- bay leaf (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, remove the tough stems, and place them on two plates. Arrange the remaining salad ingredients attractively on top.
- 2. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade and drizzle it over the salad. Serve the dish garnished with thyme.
