🥗 Fresh Greek Salad with Avocado and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 small onions
- 4 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 20 black olives (pitted)
- 160 g feta
- 2 ripe avocados
- pepper
- sea salt
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the basil leaves under cold water.
- 2. Cut the leaves into thin strips.
- 3. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
- 4. Peel the onions.
- 5. Finely chop the onions.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomatoes.
- 8. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 9. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
- 10. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
- 11. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 12. Remove the large pit from the avocado.
- 13. Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon.
- 14. Mince the removed avocado flesh.
- 15. Place the avocado in a large bowl.
- 16. Add the tomato cubes.
- 17. Add the onion cubes.
- 18. Add the olive slices.
- 19. Add the feta cheese crumbles.
- 20. Add the cut basil strips.
- 21. Gently mix all ingredients together.
- 22. Season the salad with black pepper.
- 23. Season the salad with salt.
- 24. Add some vinegar.
- 25. Add some oil.
- 26. Mix everything well until the seasoning is distributed.
- 27. Garnish the finished salad with the reserved basil leaves.
