  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the basil leaves under cold water.
  2. 2. Cut the leaves into thin strips.
  3. 3. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
  4. 4. Peel the onions.
  5. 5. Finely chop the onions.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Remove the hard stem ends from the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  9. 9. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
  11. 11. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Remove the large pit from the avocado.
  13. 13. Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon.
  14. 14. Mince the removed avocado flesh.
  15. 15. Place the avocado in a large bowl.
  16. 16. Add the tomato cubes.
  17. 17. Add the onion cubes.
  18. 18. Add the olive slices.
  19. 19. Add the feta cheese crumbles.
  20. 20. Add the cut basil strips.
  21. 21. Gently mix all ingredients together.
  22. 22. Season the salad with black pepper.

  24. 24. Add some vinegar.
  25. 25. Add some oil.
  26. 26. Mix everything well until the seasoning is distributed.
  27. 27. Garnish the finished salad with the reserved basil leaves.
