  1. 1. Wash the cucumber under hot water and pat it dry.
  2. 2. Slice the cucumber with the skin into rounds.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
  4. 4. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges as well.
  5. 5. Remove the tough stems from the romaine lettuce, wash it, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper, remove the inside, and cut it into strips.
  7. 7. Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl to make a marinade.
  8. 8. Place the romaine lettuce leaves in the center of a large salad plate.
  9. 9. Drizzle half of the marinade over the lettuce in the center.
  10. 10. Mix the remaining salad ingredients (cucumber, tomatoes, onions, pepper) in a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Pour the remaining marinade over the vegetables and toss well.
  12. 12. Place the marinated vegetables on top of the lettuce in the center of the plate.
  13. 13. Pat the chicken breast fillet pieces dry with kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a grill pan.
  16. 16. Fry the chicken on both sides for about 4 minutes each in the hot pan.
  17. 17. Place the grilled chicken on top of the salad.
  18. 18. Drizzle the dish with lemon juice.
  19. 19. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
  20. 20. Garnish the salad with fresh basil and serve.
