🥗 Crunchy Greek Salad with Feta and Olives

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 4 mild pickled chili peppers
- 200 g sheep's milk cheese
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g black olives
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the cucumber into rounds about half a centimeter thick.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes as well.
- 4. Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Cut the onions into thin rings.
- 7. Cut the peppers lengthwise.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- 9. Slice the peppers into thin rings.
- 10. Crumble the Feta cheese with your fingers.
- 11. Put vinegar, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 12. Whisk the ingredients vigorously with a wire whisk.
- 13. Stir in the olive oil slowly while stirring constantly.
- 14. Mix the ingredients well until they are combined.
- 15. Decoratively arrange the cucumber and tomato slices on four plates.
- 16. Distribute the onion and pepper rings on the plates.
- 17. Scatter the olives over the salad.
- 18. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the salad.
- 19. Place the Feta cubes on top.
- 20. Sprinkle some oregano over it.
