  2. 2. Cook the rice in the boiling salted water for exactly the time stated on the package.
  3. 3. Let the cooked rice cool down.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  6. 6. Chop the olives coarsely.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions.
  8. 8. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Wash the cucumber.
  11. 11. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds from the cucumber.
  13. 13. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  14. 14. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
  15. 15. Put all the prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
  16. 16. Add lemon juice, honey, and olive oil to the bowl.
  17. 17. Mix everything gently until well combined.
  18. 18. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
