- 1. Firmly press the pomegranates all around to soften them.
- 2. Cut the fruits in half.
- 3. Gently tap the seeds out of the skin.
- 4. Remove the white, stringy membranes from the seeds.
- 5. Place the seeds in a tall container.
- 6. Puree the seeds finely with a hand blender.
- 7. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve.
- 8. Catch the juice in a bowl and discard the remaining seeds.
- 9. Fill the juice into glasses.
- 10. Drink the juice as is or dilute it with cold water to your liking.
