  1. 1. Firmly press the pomegranates all around to soften them.
  2. 2. Cut the fruits in half.
  3. 3. Gently tap the seeds out of the skin.
  4. 4. Remove the white, stringy membranes from the seeds.
  5. 5. Place the seeds in a tall container.
  6. 6. Puree the seeds finely with a hand blender.
  7. 7. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve.
  8. 8. Catch the juice in a bowl and discard the remaining seeds.
  9. 9. Fill the juice into glasses.
  10. 10. Drink the juice as is or dilute it with cold water to your liking.
