🥤 Fresh Green Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 g baby spinach
- 20 g kale (1 handful)
- 1 apple
- 20 g ginger (1 piece)
- 4 sprigs mint
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 30 g fine oat flakes (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach and kale thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the greens dry.
- 3. Wash the apple.
- 4. Remove the core from the apple.
- 5. Cut the apple into small cubes.
- 6. Peel the ginger.
- 7. Chop the ginger finely.
- 8. Wash the mint.
- 9. Shake the mint dry.
- 10. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 11. Pour 400 milliliters of water into the blender.
- 12. Add the lime juice to the blender.
- 13. Add 1 ½ tablespoons of oat flakes to the blender.
- 14. Add the apple cubes to the blender.
- 15. Add the chopped ginger to the blender.
- 16. Add the spinach to the blender.
- 17. Add the kale to the blender.
- 18. Add half of the mint leaves to the blender.
- 19. Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
- 20. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
- 21. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes over the smoothie.
- 22. Garnish the smoothie with the remaining mint leaves.
- 23. Serve the smoothie immediately.
