  2. 2. Shake the greens dry.
  3. 3. Wash the apple.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple.
  5. 5. Cut the apple into small cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the ginger.
  7. 7. Chop the ginger finely.
  8. 8. Wash the mint.
  9. 9. Shake the mint dry.
  10. 10. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Pour 400 milliliters of water into the blender.
  12. 12. Add the lime juice to the blender.
  13. 13. Add 1 ½ tablespoons of oat flakes to the blender.
  14. 14. Add the apple cubes to the blender.
  15. 15. Add the chopped ginger to the blender.
  16. 16. Add the spinach to the blender.
  17. 17. Add the kale to the blender.
  18. 18. Add half of the mint leaves to the blender.
  19. 19. Blend the ingredients until very smooth.
  20. 20. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes over the smoothie.
  22. 22. Garnish the smoothie with the remaining mint leaves.
  23. 23. Serve the smoothie immediately.
