  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
  3. 3. Toss the potato wedges with oil, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Rinse the steaks briefly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut out the hard stem area.
  8. 8. Slice the tomatoes into even rounds.
  9. 9. Mix the two different types of cheese in a bowl.
  10. 10. Heat some oil in a large frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on one side.
  12. 12. Season the steaks with salt and pepper while frying.
  13. 13. Turn the steaks and place two tomato slices on each.
  14. 14. Place a slice of ham on the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Generously sprinkle the steaks with the cheese mixture.
  16. 16. Close the lid of the pan and fry the steaks for another 5 minutes.
  17. 17. Continue cooking until the cheese is completely melted.
  18. 18. Plate the finished steaks.
  19. 19. Serve the oven potatoes alongside the steaks.
  20. 20. Serve the dish with a fresh salad.
