  6. 6. Add the oregano and the softened butter to the mixture.
  7. 7. Knead everything together until it forms a uniform paste.
  8. 8. Drizzle lemon juice over the cod fillets.
  9. 9. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Spread the crumb mixture evenly over the fillets.
  11. 11. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  12. 12. Bake the dishes for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
