Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat toast
- 4 tbsp hot pepper sauce (ready-made)
- 1 banana
- 0.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- 4 slices goat gouda
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
- 2. Spread the paprika sauce evenly over the toast slices.
- 3. Peel the banana.
- 4. Slice the banana into thin pieces.
- 5. Drizzle the banana slices with a little lemon juice.
- 6. Place the banana slices on the toast bread.
- 7. Distribute the shrimp evenly over the bread.
- 8. Sprinkle the shrimp with a little cayenne pepper.
- 9. Sprinkle the dill over the bread.
- 10. Place one slice of cheese on each toast bread.
- 11. Place the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 12. Preheat the oven with the grill function.
- 13. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack.
- 14. Gratin the toast slices for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 15. Remove the toast slices from the oven when the cheese is melted.
- 16. Serve the toast immediately.
