  1. 1. Put the oats, milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into a pot.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture over high heat and stir constantly.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat so that the mixture simmers gently.
  5. 5. Let the porridge simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Wait until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
  7. 7. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
  8. 8. Peel the bananas.
  9. 9. Slice the bananas diagonally.
  10. 10. Drizzle the banana slices with one teaspoon of lemon juice.
  11. 11. Fill two ovenproof bowls with the cooked porridge.
  12. 12. Place the prepared banana slices on top of the porridge.
  13. 13. Distribute the yogurt evenly over the bananas.
  14. 14. Sprinkle sugar over the yogurt.
  15. 15. Place the bowls under the hot oven grill.
  16. 16. Broil the portions until they are golden brown (gratinating).
  17. 17. Serve the porridge immediately.
