🍰 Baked Porridge with Bananas and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 50 g hearty oat flakes (5 tbsp)
- 250 ml lactose-free milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- salt
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 medium bananas
- 150 g lactose-free yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp whole cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats, milk, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture over high heat and stir constantly.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat so that the mixture simmers gently.
- 5. Let the porridge simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Wait until the oats have absorbed all the liquid.
- 7. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
- 8. Peel the bananas.
- 9. Slice the bananas diagonally.
- 10. Drizzle the banana slices with one teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 11. Fill two ovenproof bowls with the cooked porridge.
- 12. Place the prepared banana slices on top of the porridge.
- 13. Distribute the yogurt evenly over the bananas.
- 14. Sprinkle sugar over the yogurt.
- 15. Place the bowls under the hot oven grill.
- 16. Broil the portions until they are golden brown (gratinating).
- 17. Serve the porridge immediately.
