🍽️ Crispy Tomato Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 2 balls mozzarella
- 1 baguette
- 150 g herb cream cheese
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- paprika powder (sweet)
- olive oil (for the baking sheet)
- 12 basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and slice them.
- 3. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice it as well.
- 4. Drain the mozzarella and slice it.
- 5. Slice the baguette.
- 6. Spread cream cheese onto the baguette slices.
- 7. Place one tomato slice on top of each cream cheese-covered baguette slice.
- 8. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- 9. Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomatoes.
- 10. Place a slice of zucchini on top of the tomato.
- 11. Lightly salt the zucchini slice.
- 12. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of the zucchini.
- 13. Dust the appetizer with a little paprika powder.
- 14. Brush a baking tray with olive oil.
- 15. Place the appetizers on the prepared baking tray.
- 16. Place the appetizers in the preheated oven.
- 17. Broil the appetizers until the cheese melts.
- 18. Remove the appetizers from the oven.
- 19. Secure the layers of the appetizers with toothpicks.
- 20. Garnish the appetizers with fresh basil.
- 21. Serve the appetizers immediately.
