  9. 9. Squeeze the spinach firmly to remove excess moisture.
  10. 10. Chop the spinach finely.
  11. 11. Take a large bowl.
  12. 12. Add the ricotta to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add the chopped spinach.
  14. 14. Add the eggs.
  15. 15. Take two-thirds of the amount of cheese.
  16. 16. Add this portion of cheese to the mixture.
  17. 17. Mix all ingredients in the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the flour to the mixture.
