🍽️ Mushroom and Cheese Gratinated Canapés

Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms (or brown caps)
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 slices baguette
- 60 g grated Gruyère cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius fan setting.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- 3. Blanch the tomatoes with hot water, shock them in cold water, and peel off the skin.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh into small pieces.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely as well.
- 6. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 8. Stir the diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, and parsley into the mushrooms.
- 9. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
- 10. Distribute the filling evenly over the baguette slices.
- 11. Generously sprinkle the canapés with the cheese.
- 12. Place the tray in the oven and bake the canapés for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
