  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Blanch the tomatoes with hot water, shock them in cold water, and peel off the skin.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh into small pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely as well.
  6. 6. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the pan from the heat.
  8. 8. Stir the diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, and parsley into the mushrooms.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Distribute the filling evenly over the baguette slices.
  11. 11. Generously sprinkle the canapés with the cheese.
  12. 12. Place the tray in the oven and bake the canapés for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
