Ingredients
- 4 l Grappa
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 untreated orange
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 300 g blueberries
- 2 sprigs mint
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the lemons into very thin rounds.
- 3. Place the lemon slices into a carafe.
- 4. Pour the grappa over the lemons.
- 5. Let the mixture steep in a cool place for at least 3 days.
- 6. Note: The shelf life is approximately 2 months.
- 7. Peel the orange skin off in one large piece.
- 8. Place the orange peel, a cinnamon stick, and a vanilla pod into a carafe.
- 9. Pour the grappa over the ingredients.
- 10. Let the mixture steep in a cool place for 3 days.
- 11. Note: The shelf life is approximately 2 months.
- 12. Wash the blueberries.
- 13. Dry the blueberries thoroughly with a cloth.
- 14. Place the blueberries into a carafe.
- 15. Pour the grappa over the berries.
- 16. Seal the carafe tightly.
- 17. Let the mixture steep for at least 3 days.
- 18. Note: The shelf life is approximately 3 months.
- 19. Wash the herbs.
- 20. Dry the herbs very thoroughly.
- 21. Place the herbs and a bay leaf into a carafe.
- 22. Pour the grappa over the ingredients.
- 23. Let the mixture steep in a cool place for at least 3 days.
