🍽️ Fresh Grapefruit Marmalade

Ingredients
- 6 Grapefruits
- 500 g Jam sugar (2:1)
- 30 ml Gin
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruits in half.
- 2. Squeeze the grapefruits and collect the juice.
- 3. Pour the grapefruit juice and the pectin sugar into a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 5. Let the marmalade boil vigorously for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir the gin into the hot marmalade.
- 7. Fill the marmalade into clean, prepared jars.
- 8. Seal the jars tightly with lids.
- 9. Turn the sealed jars upside down for 10 minutes.
- 10. Turn the jars back upright.
- 11. Let the marmalade cool down completely in the jars.
- 12. Store the jars in a dark and cool place.
