  2. 2. Squeeze the grapefruits and collect the juice.
  3. 3. Pour the grapefruit juice and the pectin sugar into a pot.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  5. 5. Let the marmalade boil vigorously for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir the gin into the hot marmalade.
  7. 7. Fill the marmalade into clean, prepared jars.
  8. 8. Seal the jars tightly with lids.
  9. 9. Turn the sealed jars upside down for 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the jars back upright.
  11. 11. Let the marmalade cool down completely in the jars.
  12. 12. Store the jars in a dark and cool place.
