  2. 2. Carefully scrape the pulp out of the remaining peels.
  3. 3. Place the juice, pulp, pectin sugar, and lemon juice into a pot.
  4. 4. Heat the mixture on the stove until it begins to boil.
  5. 5. Let the jam simmer vigorously for about 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Fill the hot jam into the prepared jars.
  8. 8. Seal the jars tightly with lids.
  9. 9. Turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the jars back over.
  11. 11. Allow the jam to cool down completely.
  12. 12. Store the finished jam in a dark and cool place.
