🍳 Crunchy Grapefruit Jam

Ingredients
- 10 juicy grapefruits
- 400 g pectin sugar (2:1)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the grapefruits to extract the juice.
- 2. Carefully scrape the pulp out of the remaining peels.
- 3. Place the juice, pulp, pectin sugar, and lemon juice into a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture on the stove until it begins to boil.
- 5. Let the jam simmer vigorously for about 4 minutes.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Fill the hot jam into the prepared jars.
- 8. Seal the jars tightly with lids.
- 9. Turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes.
- 10. Turn the jars back over.
- 11. Allow the jam to cool down completely.
- 12. Store the finished jam in a dark and cool place.
