  1. 1. Rinse the grapefruit under hot running water.
  2. 2. Pat the grapefruit dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut four thin slices from the grapefruit and set them aside.
  4. 4. Squeeze the rest of the grapefruit and the orange to extract the juice.
  5. 5. Pour the grapefruit and orange juice into a blender.
  6. 6. Add the yogurt, sesame paste, honey, and cardamom.
  7. 7. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and fine.
  8. 8. Pour the shake into four glasses.
  9. 9. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over each drink.
  10. 10. Garnish each drink with one of the prepared grapefruit slices.
