🍽️ Fresh Grapefruit-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 15 g tahini (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 2 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the grapefruit under hot running water.
- 2. Pat the grapefruit dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut four thin slices from the grapefruit and set them aside.
- 4. Squeeze the rest of the grapefruit and the orange to extract the juice.
- 5. Pour the grapefruit and orange juice into a blender.
- 6. Add the yogurt, sesame paste, honey, and cardamom.
- 7. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and fine.
- 8. Pour the shake into four glasses.
- 9. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over each drink.
- 10. Garnish each drink with one of the prepared grapefruit slices.
