Ingredients
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 125 g grainy cottage cheese
- mint (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruit in half. Carefully remove the flesh from the shells and chop it into small pieces. Mix the fruit flesh together with the released juice, the cottage cheese, and the agave syrup in a bowl until well combined.
- 2. Fill the prepared cheese-fruit mixture back into the empty grapefruit shells. Garnish the dish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
