  1. 1. Peel the lychees and remove the pits.
  2. 2. Cut off the grapefruit peel and the white pith from the fruit flesh.
  3. 3. Separate the grapefruit segments from the flesh in a wedge shape and catch the juice that comes out.
  4. 4. Squeeze the remaining grapefruit skins to collect the juice.
  5. 5. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds from the fruit.
  6. 6. Mix the lychees, grapefruit fillets and pomegranate seeds with the honey.
  7. 7. Fill the mixture into small bowls.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some pepper over the salad.
