🍳 Crunchy Granola

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 400 g hearty oat flakes
- 30 g almond slivers
- 0.5 vanilla pod (seeds)
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp chopped, peeled walnuts
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp water
- 60 g dried, chopped cranberries
- 40 g dried, chopped apricots
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pot.
- 4. Take a large bowl.
- 5. Add all ingredients except the cranberries and apricots to the bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients well.
- 7. Stir the melted butter into the mixture.
- 8. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheets.
- 9. Roast the granola in the oven for about 35 minutes.
- 10. Turn the mixture several times during the baking time.
- 11. Take the granola out of the oven when it is golden yellow.
- 12. Let the granola cool down completely.
- 13. Fold in the cranberries and apricots into the cooled granola.
- 14. Fill the granola into a large storage jar.
- 15. Decorate the jar as you like with a candy cane.
