  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  2. 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pot.
  4. 4. Take a large bowl.
  5. 5. Add all ingredients except the cranberries and apricots to the bowl.
  6. 6. Mix the ingredients well.
  7. 7. Stir the melted butter into the mixture.
  8. 8. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheets.
  9. 9. Roast the granola in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the mixture several times during the baking time.
  11. 11. Take the granola out of the oven when it is golden yellow.
  12. 12. Let the granola cool down completely.
  13. 13. Fold in the cranberries and apricots into the cooled granola.
  14. 14. Fill the granola into a large storage jar.
  15. 15. Decorate the jar as you like with a candy cane.
