  8. 8. Turn the mixture several times during baking to ensure it becomes evenly crunchy.
  9. 9. Remove the trays from the oven and let the granola cool down completely.
  10. 10. Now mix the cooled granola mixture with the cranberries and raisins.
  11. 11. Fill the finished granola into a large, decorative storage jar.
