🍽️ Crunchy Granola with Cranberries

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 400 g hearty oat flakes
- 0.5 Vanilla pod (seeds)
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 40 g Pumpkin seeds
- 30 g coarsely chopped Almond kernels
- 30 g Coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Water
- 60 g dried Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Raisins
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- 4. Add all dry ingredients except the cranberries and raisins to a large bowl.
- 5. Pour the melted butter over the mixture and stir everything well.
- 6. Spread the granola mixture evenly across the two prepared baking sheets.
- 7. Roast the granola in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden yellow.
- 8. Turn the mixture several times during baking to ensure it becomes evenly crunchy.
- 9. Remove the trays from the oven and let the granola cool down completely.
- 10. Now mix the cooled granola mixture with the cranberries and raisins.
- 11. Fill the finished granola into a large, decorative storage jar.
- 12. Enjoy the granola, for example, with yogurt, quark, or milk.
