Ingredients
- 300 g Schmand
- 1 Vanilleschote
- 60 g Puderzucker
- juice of one lime
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the tiny seeds from the pod.
- 3. Whisk the crème fraîche, vanilla seeds, powdered sugar, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a large, shallow dish.
- 5. Place the dish in the freezer.
- 6. Also place the small serving glasses in the freezer to chill them.
