Ingredients
- 200 g strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 25 g chopped almond kernels
- mixed berries (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the green stems and cut the fruit into small pieces.
- 2. Check the raspberries and blueberries for unripe parts. Wash them only if they are dirty.
- 3. Put all prepared berries into a bowl. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over them and mix everything well.
- 4. Let the berries with sugar stand for about 30 minutes to draw out the juice.
- 5. Then gently mash the berries with a fork.
- 6. Place the bowl in the freezer. Let the mixture freeze for at least 3 hours.
- 7. In the first one and a half hours, take the bowl out. Chop the ice mixture every 20 minutes with a fork to prevent ice crystal formation.
- 8. Shortly before serving, take the bowl out. Let the mixture thaw briefly.
- 9. Stir the mixture vigorously one last time until it is creamy.
- 10. Distribute the berry mixture evenly into individual glasses.
- 11. Pour the yogurt over the berry mixture.
- 12. Decorate the glasses with roasted almonds and fresh mixed berries.
