🥤 Fresh Pomegranate Ginger Juice

Ingredients
- 4 pomegranates
- 25 g ginger (1 piece)
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranates in half.
- 2. Squeeze the halves using a citrus press until the juice comes out.
- 3. Peel the ginger root.
- 4. Grate the ginger finely.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
- 6. Mix the lemon juice with the grated ginger.
- 7. Pour the ginger-lemon mixture into the pomegranate juice.
- 8. Stir the honey into the juice until it is dissolved.
- 9. Serve the juice immediately while fresh.
