🍽️ Homemade Pomegranate Vinegar

Ingredients
- 250 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 ripe pomegranate
- 25 ml grenadine
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pomegranate thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the fruit in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the rinds.
- 4. Remove the white membrane separating the seeds.
- 5. Place the clean seeds into a sterilized bottle.
- 6. Fill the bottle with vinegar.
- 7. Seal the bottle tightly.
- 8. Place the bottle in a sunny spot.
- 9. Let the vinegar steep for about 10 days.
- 10. Wait until the liquid turns red.
- 11. Pour the vinegar through a cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
- 12. Stir in the syrup.
- 13. Fill the finished vinegar into sterilized small bottles using a funnel.
- 14. Seal the bottles well.
- 15. Store the bottles in a cool and dark place.
