  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the rinds.
  4. 4. Remove the white membrane separating the seeds.
  5. 5. Place the clean seeds into a sterilized bottle.
  6. 6. Fill the bottle with vinegar.
  7. 7. Seal the bottle tightly.
  8. 8. Place the bottle in a sunny spot.
  9. 9. Let the vinegar steep for about 10 days.
  10. 10. Wait until the liquid turns red.
  11. 11. Pour the vinegar through a cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  12. 12. Stir in the syrup.
  13. 13. Fill the finished vinegar into sterilized small bottles using a funnel.
  14. 14. Seal the bottles well.
  15. 15. Store the bottles in a cool and dark place.
