🥤 Fruity Pomegranate Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate
- 100 g cranberries
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Cut a wedge-shaped piece out of the top of the pomegranate.
- 2. Carefully halve the fruit over a bowl and release the seeds with gentle pressure.
- 3. Wear gloves if possible, as the juice stains heavily.
- 4. Set aside one tablespoon of the pomegranate seeds.
- 5. Add the remaining pomegranate, the cranberries, and the yoghurt to a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture finely using a hand blender.
- 7. Add sweetener to taste.
- 8. Pour in the milk and add ice cubes.
- 9. Mix everything briefly until well combined.
- 10. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
- 11. Garnish the surface with the reserved pomegranate seeds.
