  1. 1. Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola and cut the cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes and the milk into a pot. Turn the stove to low heat and stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted. Once the sauce looks creamy, season it with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2. Place the pine nuts in a pan without adding any extra fat. Roast them over low heat, stirring constantly, until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Serve the finished Gorgonzola sauce in a bowl and generously sprinkle the roasted pine nuts on top. Enjoy your meal!
