🍽️ Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 150 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 20 g Pine nuts
Instructions
- 1. Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola and cut the cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes and the milk into a pot. Turn the stove to low heat and stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted. Once the sauce looks creamy, season it with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Place the pine nuts in a pan without adding any extra fat. Roast them over low heat, stirring constantly, until they turn golden brown.
- 3. Serve the finished Gorgonzola sauce in a bowl and generously sprinkle the roasted pine nuts on top. Enjoy your meal!
